Section 12b. Notwithstanding anything written in (a) Undiagnosed,
(b) the patient has minimal blood pressure (systolic less than ninety millimeters of mercury),
(c) the patient has minimal blood pressure (systolic less than ninety millimeters of mercury),
(d) Imbalance in the patient's internal glands,
(e) patient suffering from narcotic drug, Explanation: For the purpose of this clause, "narcotic drug" means narcotic drug, hypnotic drug, anesthetic drug or muscle relaxant drug.
